You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw optional consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We normally respond within one month. You may complain to Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner.

Optional wellbeing preference

The optional registration question offers Bedtime Music, Masking Sounds and Deep Focus. Saving it requires a separate unchecked explicit-consent choice. Withdrawal in My Account erases the preference from the active database.

Account erasure

Delete Account sends a confirmation email. The account is not deleted until its valid 24-hour link is opened. Confirmed deletion removes ordinary consumer profile data, credentials, preferences, playlists, messages, scores, reward/listening data, notifications and push tokens. Backups expire within 30 days. Necessary advertiser/accounting records are restricted for nine years, then scheduled deletion applies unless a documented legal hold requires longer.
