Q: Who can advertise on Relaxing App?

A: We welcome businesses that share our vision of peace and focus. This includes brands in travel, health, nutrition, productivity, and sustainable living. To protect our community, we do not accept advertisers promoting gambling, tobacco, alcohol, high-risk financial products, or adult content. Additionally, we prohibit any content involving violence, weapons, hate speech, or discriminatory practices. All ads must support a safe environment and follow our strict wellness standards.

 

Q: How do I create an account?

A: Click "Advertisers Register" on our homepage. You will need to provide your Legal Name, Company Name, and Address. If you are in the EU, you should also provide your VAT number to ensure correct tax handling.

 

Q: Why do I need to verify my email?

A: To protect our platform from spam and fraud, we require all advertisers to verify their email address before launching a campaign.

 

2. Ad Formats & Creative

Q: What type of ads do you support?

A: We currently support display banners and native ads within our mobile app and website.

 

  • Image Specs: High-resolution JPG or PNG. No flashing or strobing effects.

 

  • Text: Must be clear, professional, and not misleading.

 

Q: Why was my ad rejected?

A: We review every ad manually. Common reasons for rejection include:

  • Wellness Mismatch: The content was too aggressive, loud, or stressful (e.g., alarmist news, horror themes, or high-pressure sales tactics).

  • Prohibited Content: It featured restricted categories such as gambling, tobacco, adult services, weapons, or high-risk financial schemes.

  • Safety & Ethics Violations: The ad contained depictions of violence, promoted hate speech, or included discriminatory messaging.

  • Unverified Claims: It marketed "miracle cures" or health products lacking scientific proof.

  • Low Quality: The visual assets were pixelated, or the copy contained mistakes and poor formatting.

  • Misleading Information: The ad made false promises or directed users to a landing page that did not match the original offer.

 

3. Payments & Pricing

Q: What pricing plans do you offer?

A: We offer three tiers to suit different needs (as seen on our pricing page):

 

  • Starter ($19): Perfect for small businesses testing the waters. Includes 10,000 Impressions.

 

  • Growth ($49): For growing brands. Includes 30,000 Impressions and advanced analytics.

 

  • Scale ($99): For established partners. Includes 75,000 Impressions and priority support.

 

Q: How do I pay?

A: We accept payments securely via Stripe using all major credit and debit cards. We do not store your card details on our servers.

 

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Advertising services are non-refundable once the campaign has started and impressions have been delivered. If you believe there was a technical error (e.g., your ad was not shown), please contact support for a review. We do not offer refunds if your account is banned for violating our Prohibited Content Policy.

 

4. Targeting & Performance

Q: Which countries can I target?

A: You can select specific countries from our dropdown menu.

 

  • Note: We have excluded certain high-risk jurisdictions (e.g., Russia, Turkey, Italy) to comply with complex international tax and legal regulations.

 

Q: Can I target users based on their health conditions (e.g., Tinnitus)?

A: No. To protect user privacy and comply with GDPR, we do not allow targeting based on specific medical conditions. You can target the general "Wellness" audience, but you cannot target "People with Tinnitus" specifically.

 

Q: How do I track my results?

A: Your Advertiser Dashboard provides real-time data on Impressions (views) and Clicks. You can download these reports for your records.

 

5. Legal & Taxes

Q: I am an EU business. Do I pay VAT?

A: If you are a business in the EU (outside Malta) with a valid VAT number, we will apply the Reverse Charge mechanism (0% VAT). If you are in Malta, or if you are a consumer without a VAT number, we are required by law to charge Maltese VAT (18%).

 

Q: Where can I download my invoice?

A: Invoices are automatically generated for every payment. You can find them in the "Billing" or "My Account" section of your dashboard. Please keep these for your tax records.
